Our Hoamat House apartments are located directly in the center of St. Margarethen im Lungau and each features a large living area with a couch, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of space and retreat options. You can find all everyday essentials and regional specialties in our shop, which is approximately 200m² on the ground floor.

Arrival day: Check-In is possible from 4 PM to 6 PM. If you wish to arrive earlier or later, just let us know.
On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate your apartment by 9:30 AM
Local tax:
The local tax is 2.30 Euro per person per day (children under 15 years do not pay local tax).
Pets:
Are explicitly welcome here. Let us know before your stay, and we will provide food bowls for you. We charge a one-time fee of EUR 49.- for final cleaning.
