Furry friends are warmly welcome
You don't want to miss your furry friend while on vacation? That's great! Well-behaved dogs or cats are warmly welcome at Hoamat House. We look forward to your companion and are happy to provide you with high-quality food bowls and mats. For the final cleaning, we charge a one-time fee of 49€ per stay and pet.
The Hoamat House Lounge
Lounge and playground for the little ones
The Hoamat House Lounge is a place of gathering and coziness. Whether you want to enjoy a glass of wine together at the bar in the evening, watch a football match, or let the children play - everything is possible and (almost) everything is allowed in the Hoamat House Lounge. Amenities: The lounge includes a small fully equipped bar (without drinks and service), a large table, a television, and a play area for children.

Arrival and Departure:
Check-in is possible between 4 PM and 6 PM. If you arrive before or after these times, please let us know. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your apartment by 9:30 AM.
Local Tax:
The local tax is 2.30 euros per person per day (children under 15 years do not pay local tax).
Pets / Dogs:
Furry friends are explicitly welcome here. Let us know before your stay, and we will be happy to provide food bowls for you. We charge a one-time cleaning fee of EUR 49.- per stay.
